Documentation & Inspection
Match Reach, Hole, Carrier, and Documents
A released order should connect the manufacturer, model, work envelope, hole range, power, carrier, tools, options, drawing, inspection record, and destination requirements.
| Document or evidence | What must match | Control point |
|---|---|---|
| Exact-model data sheet | Manufacturer, model, reach, hole, geology basis, power, carrier, options | Review before contract |
| General arrangement | Setup, operating, transport, mast or boom, stability, clearance, lifting | Approve before release |
| Tooling and auxiliary list | Rod, bit, hammer or head, air, flushing, dust or water, spares | Close before production |
| Inspection checklist | Identity, dimensions, movements, controls, safety, tools, documents | Agree before inspection |
| Packing and loading plan | Disassembly, lifting points, protection, marks, loose parts, photos | Close before shipment |
Verification Rule
A certificate is treated as order evidence only when its issuing body, standard, manufacturer, model, configuration, validity, and intended market can be matched to the unit being supplied.
