Freeze the inspection basis
Use the signed technical agreement, released model data, reach or work-envelope drawing, tooling and auxiliary list, inspection checklist, document index, packing plan, and deviation log.
| Area | Evidence |
|---|---|
| Identity | Manufacturer, model, serial, engine or electrical identity, order line, labels |
| Dimensions | Operating and transport dimensions, weight records, clearance and lifting points |
| Carrier | Tracks, travel, steering, brakes, leveling, stabilizers, access and guarding |
| Working system | Mast or boom movements, head or breaker, clamps, hydraulics, controls, limits |
| Auxiliaries | Compressor, pump, flushing, dust or water system, tools, rods, bits, spares |
| Documents and shipment | Drawings, manuals, parts list, records, packing, marks, loading photos |
Define a safe function-test basis
Agree the test area, power or fuel, permissible movements, no-load or limited-load basis, personnel, exclusion zone, video angles, and acceptance criteria before inspection.
